Pope replaced our 50 year old water pump today. They were very knowledgeable, and dealt with some unique issues (the previous owners put a brick walkway over the pump, not to mention the difficulties involved in having overhead trees in the way and a pump that had been submerged for 50 years). They replaced the pump and the piping; they even replaced the brick walk as best as they could, and charged a very fair price for 4 men, two trucks and 5 hours. We highly recommend them. We have great water pressure and much better smelling water as well!

No water today (Saturday) and I placed a call to Pope's. Grateful their answering service- Got our message over to them immediately. Long story short, The two men who were here examined everything. There were some frayed wires at our pump and they fixed them quickly. Speedy service, A realistic cost for a repair and very kind employees.

Fantastic people. We installed a well 6yrs ago. Called the other day to ask about a need to chlorinate and a few other questions. Whoever answers the phones couldn't have been kinder, went and got the head of installations, and he was just as kind. Answered all my questions, put me at ease and treated me like a neighbor asking a question. Great people.
