Absolutely Love this place! We were a bit nervous about leaving our dog for boarding. We've never done that before. The staff at New Tampa Pet Resort welcomed us in to visit and take a tour of the facility. Everything was extremely clean and safe. They had a lot of pets at the time and all looked good. We came back a week later with our dog. He was very nervous when we arrived. We noticed by the pictures they made available to us and the video camera in his room that he was doing great. We are so happy we found New Tampa Pet Spa. The customer service is awesome, they are so nice on the phone and have a texting service that is so convenient when your stuck at work. The grooming service has been incredible. It’s hard to find someone that can cut doodles and the groomer has some serious skills! Both of our doodles look amazing. They even give you a report card when you pick them up, it’s cute. We definitely will be going back New Tampa Pet Spa is by far our favorite so far.

My dog loves going to daycare here! The staff is very friendly and caring . The groomer is very patient and Niko comes out looking great every time. I highly recommend New Tampa Pet Resort.
