Loved this groomer! I took both of my pups-- a cockapo and a beagle mix. One of my dogs was a little problematic, and Annette explained why she refused to bathe him in a professional and kind manner. I disagree with the negative reviews saying this place gives bad customer service because I had a great experience, even if things didn't go the way it was planned. I respect her opinion and she is clearly knowledgeable on how to handle her business. I appreciate her and her bather Jamie for being so kind. My other dog Lily looks beautiful! I recommend.

We brought our yorkie here for the first time and loved it! She’s a very very timid and scared dog around other dogs and there were little to none dogs around her during the process and we can tell she was much more relaxed then she used to be at the groomer. And she looks like a little star!

I have been going to Annette for over 10 years. She has groomed 3 of my dogs and I only trust her to groom them. One of my dogs was a rescue that could be aggressive. Not with Annette. She is a really wonderful groomer and person.
