The staff are very friendly and the location is very close for me. I love their app that I use to monitor my kitten's medical status. I can manage their Rx and see test results (after the doctor has released them). I get reminders for upcoming needs which is also nice.
I've had a couple experiences that have bumped one star down and feel obligated to share for those shopping around. First, there are way too many people living in the Lutz/Land O Lakes area. There are many vets and they cannot keep up with the amount of customers they have. So I do not believe other vets in the surrounding area would be better. I have been taking my 3 year old German Shepherd to New Tampa Annimal Hospital since he was 2 months old. I will continue to use them as I feel they he gets A+ attention and that they truly care for him and his health.
The veterinarians, vet techs and staff are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.
I highly recommend New Tampa Animal Hospital.
