This was my first time ordering from this boutique. I placed my order from France to be delivered to my family in Florida for the Easter holiday. Initially, I would have rated them with 1-2 stars given that the bouquet was not delivered on the date specified (8-10 days too early.) However, they quickly responded to my private email and rectified the error ASAP. I have to say that the customer support is EXCELENT! AND the bouquets are also very beautiful!
