I have been coming to Diamond Dental Group for about 5 years now. I absolutely love them and think that they have great service and do a fabulous job. And I would recommend people to come here. However I am so sick and tired of waiting almost an hour after my appointment was scheduled to be seen! This happens every single time. I feel like they over book themselves for the day. I have other things I need to do. I used to come in before work but because I would be spending almost 3 hours here for something so basic I had to start scheduling my appointments after work. This takes time away from my family and to take care of my daily tasks as well as my other appointments I have to attend to. It’s gets to the point that I want to get up and just leave. I literally dread coming to the dentist because I spend my whole night here.
