From start to finish, Sunsational Pools and Spas went above and beyond. From initial consultation with David, demo with David, and the build with Duncan, everything went smooth and on schedule. April was terrific when we went to their studio to pick out tiles and decking. It’s been a year since our pool was completed, and even after the build, Sunsational pools still answered any questions we had. They honored their one year warranty on settling travertine pavers. I needed them 3 times over the past year to fix some pavers, and they responded within a few days after I notified them. The equipment is excellent, and no issues so far. I highly recommend Sunsational.

It's been a dream for my husband and I to add a pool to our home for quite some time, and we decided to finally act on it. We called around to get quotes from a few companies, and many of them either didn't respond, or the quotes were ridiculous for what we were asking for. The problem we're noticing in South Florida with a lot of companies is if a job simply isn't "big enough", they won't give you the time of day. Sunsational contacted us back and had a rep name Joe come out to meet with us. He got our setback measurements and provided a design for us pretty quickly. Though it's a simple shape to keep within our budget, it had a few unique details that we really liked which made it more than just a "basic" design. We decided to sign a contract with Sunsational just after Thanksgiving 2022 because they're reputable, offered more, cost less and actually responded. They're well known in the community (I actually found out my co-worker used them as well after I had signed my contract, and she was super happy with her experience with them) and their reviews are good (any reviews that were subpar, I tend to take with a grain of salt and see how companies respond. Sunsational addressed any negative reviews and provided a response and/or resolution which is how I think all companies should operate.) They began working on permitting with the city shortly after we signed our contract, and they broke ground on 02/27/2023. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Julie, April and Jennifer in the office, Duncan during construction. They were all great to deal with in scheduling and organizing everything. It was easy to communicate with them by both phone and email, they showed up on time, their crews were fantastic, they were clean, courteous of the neighborhood and our home and worked quickly. All inspections were scheduled timely and ALL inspections passed on the first visit with no need for corrections or reinspections because it was done right the FIRST time, and best of all, water was IN the pool in 46 days (although, we did have the luck of great weather being on our side which kept things rolling)! They were even able to tie in our old pavers into their travertine deck after we decided it was too big of a project to take on ourselves, and it came out better than we could have hoped for. After water was in the pool, Logan came by for "Pool School" to educate us on all of our equipment and gave us a basic overview of caring for our pool. He was super informative and said he would be just a phone call away for any questions, whenever they should arise. I feel confident that should we ever have any questions or concerns pertaining to anything with our pool, anyone from the Sunsational team would be more than happy to help. With such an investment, it's nice knowing you have support on your side even when the construction aspect ends. I cannot recommend them enough! They've been in this industry for over 35 years, and it shows because their operations run like a well-oiled machine. If you want a company that checks all the boxes for price, quality, professionalism and installation timeline, give them a call! You'll be happy you did!

Leena and her team are absolutely the best!! She designed our pool and it’s the most perfect pool we could have ever imagined. Everyone at Sunsational was great from design to construction. Customer service was 5 stars! What a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
