Called Ed’s Well and pump on Saturday at 12 and someone was here within a half hour. Pump replaced within an hour. Fast, professional, well prepared. Had the pump on his truck when the tech showed up!
Ed’s was fantastic. Responded over the weekend. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Nick. I honestly haven’t felt like I’ve had this great of customer service from anyone since the 1980’s. Highly recommend.
Had a problem with my well pump losing its prime after chlorinating the well. We had no water in the house. Called Ed's at 8 am and they had it fixed by 11 am. Awesome! Very fair price for the work as well. Great experience! Thanks Ed and your team!
