His customer service is excellent! Shawn took down my old damaged cage and did an excellent job especially in this unbearable Florida heat. We have used this company many times. They respond very quickly and their prices are very competitive. They most recently replaced our 2 story screen patio. We are very pleased and will use them again, in the future, when the need arises. All employees we have had contact with have been courteous and knowledgeable!

Winston went above and beyond, repaired the screen panels that were on the job detail but then also cleaned off the creeping vines that I was so stressed out about and everyone told me they couldn't help me with. I was so grateful!!! A big surprise and load off my shoulders with a genuine act of random kindness. Thank you!!!
