Sun Coast Roofing and Solar of Longwood, FL is wonderful. Jeremy, Orlando Branch Manager, went above and beyond to provide great customer service throughout the roofing process. The quality of materials used and work was impeccable. The workers were experienced, hard working, and took pride in all of their work. From start to finish, Sun Coast Roofing and Solar of Longwood, FL, exceeded my expectations. They even assisted in filing the roof manufactures warranty for me, assisted in obtaining a wind mitigation inspection, and saved me money with my insurance company. I was referred to J. Wallace by a close friend. I called and within 24 hours J was at my home to look at the job. then within 36 hours I had a price. I signed a contract and gave them a deposit check for $1,000. then the process was in motion. The permits were applied for then approved. On Monday morning the crew of 5 were on site at 0900, by 1400 hours the old roof was in a dumpster and the underlayment was being applied and the entire job site was clean as a whistle. The shingles were delivered by 1000 hours on Tuesday and by 1600 hours the crew (5 guys) were cleaning up and cleaning up the job site.
