I was referred to J. Wallace by a close friend. I called and within 24 hours J was at my home to look at the job. then within 36 hours I had a price. I signed a contract and gave them a deposit check for $1,000. then the process was in motion. The permits were applied for then approved. On Monday morning the crew of 5 were on site at 0900, by 1400 hours the old roof was in a dumpster and the underlayment was being applied and the entire job site was clean as a whistle. The shingles were delivered by 1000 hours on Tuesday and by 1600 hours the crew (5 guys) were cleaning up and cleaning up the job site. We own rental properties and I can assure you that the next house that needs to have a new roof, SunCoast & J. Wallace will be the man I'm going to call. The warranty was the best in the business. 25 years labor & Materials, then the manufacture gives us ANOTHER 25 years material warranty. There is absolutely no way anyone can compete with this.
