I have been using Service One for almost 10 years, both for AC and plumbing. I have never had one bad experience with them. I have to give a special shoutout to Kurtis Lankford, my plumber today. I needed to replace and upgrade my entire shower/tub fixtures. Kurtis was professional and very courteous to work with, plus did an amazing job! I love the end result!! I will request him for any future plumbing needs.
Mike was great to work with. He showed up on time, got straight to the issue, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. He was thorough, clean, and made sure the system was running right before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I’d definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone who wants someone honest and reliable.
We are new homeowners and had some issues with our AC. We called Jeff at ServiceOne and he sent Will out to help us. Both were extremely knowledgeable in helping us and Will even spent extra time explaining everything to us and getting us set up on the service plan! We will only use ServiceOne and highly recommend them! Thanks again Jeff and Will!
