RW was the perfect choice for our wedding day rentals! As a former employee who had worked with RW for years, there was no question when it came to who we would get our rentals from :) It easily felt like working with family and I know they treat all of their couples that way. We worked with Kim throughout the entire process and she answered every question and email quickly and even offered plenty of options when working through the selection process. Their inventory is incredible with the amount of options, you cannot go wrong with any choice from them!
Forever thankful for RW's service and their amazing selection! The items they provided for our wedding truly completed our vision and made it come to life. I changed many items throughout the process and Kim always responded quickly which is essential. A few times I was unsure what an item was called and I would send a screen shot from their instagram and Kim took care of it wonderfully. We got so many compliments on the design of our wedding!
Our experience with RW events was amazing. We contacted them last minute for our wedding dinner and they were very nice and prompt with their answer. Communication was amazing- through email and even when I needed to call they were on top of everything. Super patient! They were on time for both set up and pick up and we didn’t have to stress about anything. 10/10!
