Dr. Farrell is a kind and compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. His staff that I've interactive with have always been courteous as well and very efficient in the work that they do. The examination rooms and the front lobby were impeccable and even down to the small consideration of a doggy video in the waiting room for the animals. Pleasure. Glad we have found this location and have already booked several appointments.

Our old vet retired. We have a pup with seizures so needed to establish him with a new vet. We sent his records before our visit. We were greeted and placed in a room immediately. Dr. Ferrell and Ashley had thoroughly reviewed our records and had excellent questions. They were knowledgeable and helpful. My pup is extremely shy. They literally sat on the floor to make him comfortable. I am extremely happy with the info from the vet, his knowledge is right on par with my previous vet, UF vet and neuro docs. I am excited we have found our new vet home.

I found this office in my local shopping center close to home for my two shih tzu puppies and could not be happier. The staff is fantastic and the doctor spent a lot of time examining my puppies and providing great advice to a new owner. This will be our new home for care from now on. You won’t be disappointed. Dr Ferrel is so gentle and patient with his care. My puppies didn’t even feel their vaccinations! Definitely a 5 star experience!
