I had a great experience with Scott’s Heating. Santiago was my technician, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. They were able to come out within an hour to diagnose the issue, and the new fan was installed the very next day. Fast service, excellent communication, and quality work. I highly recommend Scott’s Heating and especially Santiago! The service manager Craig F. Was incredible as well.

I scheduled my first maintenance for the year after they installed the new unit back in August of last year. Nick was the tech who came out and was very attentive, efficient and talked me through his findings. He did an excellent job in answering questions I had concerning the unit. In my opinion one of the best AC techs that I have worked with, overall Scott’s is a top notch company and I will continue to use them in the future.
