This will be a different type of post. This post isn't from a customer's perspective. It's from someone who worked for Premium Painters. I'm writing this post on behalf of my husband William Waldrop. I am his wife Bridgett Waldrop. Recently in December, my husband passed away from stage 4 brain cancer. We worked for Frank for about 10 years. It was our pleasure to work with him. Frank is a very upstanding man. He is salt of the earth. He will always go the extra mile, if he can. He never one time let me or Billy down. We were always able to pay our bills. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to services providers. We needed our house painted and randomly found Premium Painters in the Home magazine. From the start, their customer service was top notch. We had contact previous companies for a quote and they never responded. Premium painters was quick to respond. They took on a HIGE job as out house is heavy stucco. They did not over price they job even though they could have with our house structure. Used Premium Painters to paint the exterior of our house and we are very satisfied! Between the quality of work done, cleanliness, and speed of work, the crew did a great job. They showed up on time everyday and kept a clean site. Frank was easy to work with and very communicative which we really appreciated.
