This is an update. I have had the panels for a few years now. I called them regarding an issue. I was referred to The manufacturer who is in phase. I called in phase and they said that it was not hooked up correctly. I called PES back and left a message. That's been several months ago and I've not heard from them.
Update 2- I finally heard from Jacob. Evidently the sub in NC is no longer in business. However, they are arranging for someone to come out and look at my system. I appreciate the follow up and feed back.

The process took a little bit of time but I am happy with the look of them on my roof and looking forward to seeing savings on my FPL bill. Big shout out to Brittany for helping me getting the system turned on and helping me understand the connection part. Overall I'm very happy with my experience.
