Quoted a price verbally over phone of 150. After the inspection we are told iy is 200 because we are not members. Bait and switch pricing. Thought this was a white shirt company. Black for bait and switch price statement.

Colter Thomas was amazing! From the start, Colter Thomas was professional and friendly. We had a problem with roaches, and he were very knowledgeable, explaining exactly what they were going to do. Colter took the time to answer all of my questions about the roaches. The service was prompt and efficient, and we noticed a significant improvement almost immediately.
