Colter Thomas was amazing! From the start, Colter Thomas was professional and friendly. We had a problem with roaches, and he were very knowledgeable, explaining exactly what they were going to do. Colter took the time to answer all of my questions about the roaches. The service was prompt and efficient, and we noticed a significant improvement almost immediately. We are so grateful for their dedication to customer service and would highly recommend Colter Thomas and Massey to anyone.

Colter Thomas has been servicing my apartment for about a year now. I have 0 complaints and each time he comes he has the up most professionalism, as well as very personable cracking a joke or two with you as well. He’s very detailed in his services as well as puts down traps in concerning crawl spaces along with spraying pest preventatives in those areas as well. At the end of every service he always leaves me traps for personal pest use if I have any and gives wisdom on what products in store can be helpful for quality prices.
