I love this gym!!! Staff is always so helpful and friendly, special shout out to Ali and Maya for giving such kind/encouraging greetings! LA is so so well taken care of and clean. It genuinely makes me more excited to go workout. Couldn't recommend it more.

Longwood location Erica is the BEST Fitness Instructor Ever!! She makes exercising Fun!! I Love her Body Works class and I Love her step class. I tried the step class with a different instructor and I didn’t like it but Erica makes the class Fun and you have a great time and feel happy!! I am sooo Thankful for Erica and definitely recommend her classes.

The Esporta/ LA Fitness in Longwood is very clean. I like going to this Longwood location. I've been a member for more than 5 years , love the group classes, and the machines are clean. I see some employees cleaning wiping the machines, and I love that. They taking care good care of their machines. The Oviedo locations I've noticed thru machines are rusty. That's why I love coming to this Longwood location. Keep up the good work cleaning those machines. Thank you. Leticia.
