I highly recommend HomeTech Home Inspection Company, especially inspector Jorge De Ayala. We hired HomeTech for a pre-closing inspection on our brand-new construction home, and I am incredibly glad we did.
Jorge was extremely thorough, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to carefully examine every aspect of the home and identified several issues that the builder had overlooked. We’ve had many home inspections. This inspector was so superior to anyone we dealt with previously. He was extremely thorough. Kept us in the loop as he went through the house. He took his time. Inspection was privacy but you get what you pay for.
