Reviewers have had mostly positive experiences at the spa. One customer praised Ronda as a fantastic therapist who was responsive to pressure requests and cautious of injuries. Another customer highlighted Alexis for taking her time to listen to needs and identifying knots in the muscles, showing genuine concern. Lauren has been described as the absolute best massage therapist, creating a relaxing environment and being attentive to clients' needs.

However, some customers have reported unexpected add-on charges for services and poor communication regarding appointment changes. There were comments about the front desk being understaffed, causing long wait times and chaotic check-out experiences.
