I've been working with Elite for over 5 years in different communities and never had an issue. I see the bad reviews and apparently some people don't understand how pest control works and are quick to blame the company. If your neighbor has an infestation, you are going to get the bugs as well and it doesn't go away in a few weeks. Stop being critical of this company just because your neighbor's pest issues are now your issues.Elite workers are professional, friendly and their product DOES work. The 5+ years I have worked with them is more than enough proof for me. I highly recommend them.
