These guys were great from start to finish - a professional inspector came and provided us with 3 different options to choose from; we were concerned that we were not going to be able to afford a metal roof - they offered options if we had cash and a payment plan for the remaining balance.
They came bright and early, took off old roof in a few hours and put a waterproof layer on the decking before they started the install of the metal. I gotta tell you, it’s a skill!! Having to put it all together, as nice and simple it looks it’s definitely intricate to put together. The entire install took about a week as they warned us (that’s a normal for metal roofs).
Our house looks great! Metal roof definitely elevates the whole look of the house and I have a peace of mind that we have many years to come not to worry about insurance knocking into my door telling to replace it ?“

“Our experience with Central Homes Roofing & Solar started with a custom yard sign with the name and phone number of a project manager. Not long after I text messaged Mr. Woodall, inquiring about replacing a fascia board, he responded, promising to come to have a look and give us a quote.

On the scheduled day, Mr. Woodall came punctually. He climbed up on our roof and checked the area where a fascia board was missing. Then he discussed with us the fascia replacement and also showed us photos of the existing shingles which were in bad shape. His honest and trustworthy description and clear explanation convinced us of the necessity of replacing shingles soon. We made our decision right then. Following our signing off the estimate, every step of the project---getting permit from the county, delivering a dumpster, installing new shingles and new fascia board, cleaning our driveway, getting county inspection and getting a wind mitigation inspection- went smoothly.

Before, during and after the project, the construction superintendent Jonathan communicated with us frequently and effectively, keeping us informed every step of the way and leaving us no worries. Jonathan is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional young man, having earned our trust.

That the crew members are respectful, hardworking, willing to show up early and staying late and producing quality work has impressed us. Kavin, the crew leader makes sure that his crew members' needs of various kind get satisfied.

Chad at Emergency Water Damage Services was referred to after my initial attempt to fix my problem. He came out, pulled out all his gadgets, and within minutes he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong... “I recently had Cindy and her crew out, to install a vapor barrier and insulation in my crawl space, and remit and cleaning of the inside. I was beyond pleased at the level of determination these guys went through to find, not only one major leak, but TWO! When they located the first leak, I had a plumber come out to repair the job. Apparently it was a bigger job than he could handle. A few days later, they discovered another leak and I called a second plumber out, who also could not find it, or fix it.
These guys were persistent and took the time to do a job that wasn't even technically their job to handle. Jose, Jose (there's two) and Christopher were amazing!!! Cindy was in constant communication with me the entire time, with updates and photos.
