I needed a car that would not start transported to the mechanics shop. Courtesy Towing was recommended by the shop, so I contacted them for an appointment for the next morning. The driver called during the allotted hour period to let me know he was on the way, and approximate ETA. He arrived within that time, checked a few things on the car, and helped us get it out of the driveway and ready for loading. He loaded the car on the flatbed, and made sure it was secured. Exactly what we needed!

My vehicle broke down yesterday at the worst possible time with my disabled son with me in the vehicle. Of course, I was very concerned and overly stressed. I contacted Geico and was referred to courtesy towing and they sent out Mike Chambers. Mike could not have been kinder and more caring and just helped me feel like the stress just rolled right off my shoulders. With the extra unexpected issue of having my son, breaking down is never easy. But Mike made me feel comfortable and safe and completely at ease. I am very grateful to him and to his company.
