I was seen by Dr. Burch, not Dr. Lipkin, so this is a review of Dr. Burch. Despite getting a not-so-great prognosis, I take comfort in knowing that it was accurate. That assurance is based on the confidence I have in Dr. Burch. He is extremely knowledgeable. His gentle, patient, chairside manner helps to make what could easily have been an anxiety-filled experience, one that was much more comfortable than expected. Highly recommended.
Top notch!!!… Above and beyond great!!!… As a veteran with lots of service connected medically physical limitations and PTSD finding a medical professional who is very professional, caring, compassionate and who understands us is key. During my two root canals, As my anxiety kicked in, the entire staff was very understanding patient and accommodating. The Doc came to bat like a pro and apart from his quick knowledge, professionalism and direct approach was able to get me to relax and was able to accomplish the mission. It is hard finding people that care, not only see you as a number but that Indeed have your best interest.
Dr Lipkin was incredible, made me feel comfortable and is clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced which put me at ease. His assistant did a great job as well and both were patient and kind. Highly recommend them and grateful I was referred to them.
