From the initial meeting with Yair Valez a wondeful, kind young man, to the final clean up has been a wonderful experience. Yair Velez helped me pick out my color and brought larger samples to give me more confidence in my choice. He connected me to the right people. He helped me fill out my paperwork. Rob and team did an excellent job with my roof. We had a major hail storm that did extensive damage. Rob and team did a great job making the replacement painless. You can’t put a price on peace of mind.
What can I say? Having a project of this scope done involves so many variables. The first inspection, the sales discussion, dealing with the insurance company the final assessment, the work, to the final inspection and hundreds of links in between. It’s a lot!
You read reviews, the good, the bad, the ugly. One person’s good experience hinges on all those variables falling into place. One hiccup and the entire flow of the project could stall, render frustration and a bad experience. Or worse, a disaster in the final product.
