It’s really nice dealing with an honest company. Our AC went out, and they came same day. It turned out to be an easy fix (a handyman had disconnected a switch without telling me). They got us up and running for a very reasonable service charge. When the day comes that our unit does go out, I know who to call.

The guys from Touchton’s came out today and replaced my AC unit with a new 2.5 ton Amana. Replaced everything. A section of ductwork. Thermostat, copper lines, and pvc drain pipe. Cleaned up behind themselves. Hauled everything old away. The guys were happy, friendly and professional. Done and gone in about 3 hours. Thank you!!

Called first thing in the morning because my heat wasn’t coming on. Less than two hours later a technician was on the way to my house. Todd was super efficient at diagnosing the problem, a pinhole in the low side charging line. He was able to repair the line quickly and recharge my system with freon, and get my unit back in working order. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and friendly attitude. Won’t call anybody else for my HVAC needs!
