Everything from setting up the appointment to the clean floors after was enjoyable with Pioneer. We’ve got an aging dog and 4 young children. I was certain we’d have to replace the carpet. Richard was professional but also willing to answer any questions. Our living room looks like it did when we bought the home. I would recommend Pioneer to anyone in a heartbeat and will be a regular customer.

We have had our carpet for 28 years. Do it has shown some wear and tear. It’s been 5 years since we had our carpet cleaned. We also have a sweet fur baby. It is so hard to find service companies that understand that they are there to serve their customers and not the other way around. The folks at Pioneer are over the top in service AND quality. Their family run business was started MANY years ago by the Dad and Mom and their kids have picked up the baton and ran with it. Richy takes his carpet and upholstery cleaning personally. I believe if there's a spot that he can't get out, it's not coming out, period! We have our home pressure washed yearly by Bryan and he goes out of his way to make sure EVERYTHING looks amazing before he leaves.
