Lynne and her team were beyond amazing at talking care of everything and then some for my brother-in-law Doug's celebration of life. Lynne worked with his employer, Waste Management, to have a final drive by from a garbage truck. All the little touches were so heartfelt down to the personalized garbage cans favors filled with his favorite candy. During such a difficult time it was nice to not have to worry about anything except celebrating his life and taking time to grieve. Thank you Lynne!
Lynne was a tremendous help, she did an excellent job communicating everything and was very responsive at all hours of the day. I did not see the facility, however everything else was excellent. Highly recommended.
We had a sudden death of a family member in Pompano Beach, and we live 4 hours away. I called Horizon, Lynne led me through the process, options, pricing, and handled all of the details. She made a difficult situation run smoothly. She kept in contact. We were informed and instructed with what we needed to do. She was warm and sympathetic as well as responsive.
