Had my cataract surgery with Dr Chaleff. He is an outstanding doctor. Not only is he highly skilled but he’s kind and compassionate and doesn’t treat you like a number. I’m really enjoying 20/20 vision again! An extra “thank you” toLisa for talking me through the whole process and making everything so easy. The whole staff is outstanding!

It's very rare you walk into a Doctors office and the entire staff is exceptional. So CHEERS to the Center for Ophthalmology and Laser Surgery! From the time you are greeted by Lisa, examined by Kevin, checked out by Samantha and finally work with Walter the Optician, you feel like you are their number one patient. Fortunately, I didn't have to see Dr. Loefler, so I can't comment on his professionalism, but I am sure he is great too! Thank you for all you do to help people feel comfortable and be seen! Visited Dr. Loeffler on September 29, 2022. Everything was great with the exam and new lenses however, I was charged $55 for refraction. I called Aetna and they said they cover refraction. The Dr's office also billed my insurance company for refraction so they received another $38.71. Meanwhile, I submitted the claim to Aetna but they said they OVERPAID Dr. Leofflers office and they would have to pay me. When I called Dr. Loeffler's I was told they never received the funds but Aetna said it was direct deposited via #26266052.
