Fresenius Medical Care at Lehigh Regional Medical Center

The nursing staff we encountered is outstanding they are caring especially our favorite CNA Evelyn she's super sweet and cheerful. I was visiting my boyfriend and they treated him well. I got annoyed with the doctors asking questions and wouldn't pay attention to me answering them but I remember I'm not the patient he has to answer. The staff the first night wasn't as cuddly but I know my boyfriend isn't and easy patient. I still appreciate them they didn't do anything I wouldn't. I'm in the minority here, but was quite pleased with the service in ER. The staff and Doctor there were Polite, Personable and concerned with my condition. They were even compassionate enough to offer me a heated blanket! I came in to the ER at/or around 1:45-2:00am on 12/22/23, with excrutiating rt shoulder pain, which effected the nerves all the way down my arm to my hands. I hadn't slept for OVER 5 days, ended me cussing a storm, punching and elbowing walls, due to this ailment. The pain was so excrutiating, that I contacted the VA crisis hotline! NO JOKE!
