In 1981 I bought a house that was built in 1895. After 44 years we decided to remodel the master bedroom, so I called DeLaCruz Handyman because I was happy with the work they did on 2 previous jobs. It was supposed to be ripping up 44 year old carpet, replacing it with new hardwood flooring, and repairing a section of the ceiling that was damaged by a leak.
