Air advantage was called for a second quote, Craighton Simon checked if my unit was still under warranty which the first company quote failed to check. Thank you Mr Simon for being so thorough, and yes, I was under warranty. You will now be my go to company for anything related to Air Conditioning. It’s such a pleasure to find an honest, hard-working employee.
The whole team top to bottom did an incredible job. I had them in limbo for quite a while but they remained patient and communicative. As soon as I was ready they were prompt with scheduling the install. The installation team was professional, and they left their work area cleaner than they found it. Most importantly the AC works perfectly with no issues.
Highly recommend air advantage for all HVAC needs
I bought my HVAC from AA years ago and have always been pleased with their services. Unfortunately we had no heat during the coldest days this month (I had never before used the heat until now). When I saw Luis coming up my walkway, I knew that if anyone could fix the problem it would be him. The problem was complicated...involving the thermostat AND the system In the attic. LUIS FIXED IT! WE HAVE HEAT! Thank you AA for having such an experienced and knowledgeable technician. He's the best and deserves a bonus or even a raise.
