This was a very bad year for bugs, sod web worms and mole crickets. By the time we notice the damage it's too late. Robert from ZG came out the next day after I called them and set out a plan with me to come out every other week and hit the bugs and the weeds. He advised me to give him some time and he would do his best. Other homes in the area were even worse then mine and mine was always the best looking. Well I did believe he could do it but after three months of care to my lawn he saved most of it. Thanks to ZG and Robert for doing great work with my lawn but also several others in the area. Notice after and before photos ,it's getting there. Thanks again Robert and ZG . ( And most of the work he did was part of the program so no extra costs)

They changed ownership in January of 23, the difference is night and day.

I was excited to have Zoysia Green come out to care for my new lawn, since I had just put Zoysia grass in my backyard and they only service Zoysia and St Augustine grasses. I felt they would be great for what I needed. They came out to give me the quote and to tell me what they would do, then scheduled the first treatment. That one was fine. They were to come back the next month. I called to confirm which day they would be coming as i was anxious to have them come out again since weeds were popping up and I had a brown area in the yard. I wasn't sure if it was fungus or whether it was just too dry so I really needed someone to look at it. I was expecting the technician between 7:30 & 8 am Monday morning....no one arrived so when the office opened I called. Had to leave a voicemail, asking if perhaps the technician was delayed or if he was planning on coming by later in the day. 2 1/2 hours later no one had yet called back so I called again and again no one answered so I had to leave another voicemail , then told them I was not going to be needing their services any longer. Since there were weeds coming up and I had a fairly sizable Brown spot I really needed someone out that week so I called another service and 2 days later they came out and treated the yard. So terribly disappointed in Zoysia Green. I would have at the very least, expected a call once I had canceled the service, for them to apologize and to see if they could make it up but apparently it just didn't seem to matter so I'm moving on Disappointed customer

I had a contract with zoysia grass to do lawn program care every month this included fertilization, weed control, insect control, crabgrass treatment, and fungus sides. In August 2021 that was not done. The only thing that was done was fertilization and weed control. Be careful they may do the same to you. Even their own representative indicated that the treatment in August was not up to par when he did the treatment in September
