Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with this company. The customer service was great, and the team did a nice job. My only criticism is that the office staff didn’t always follow up when our install had to be rescheduled—I had to call the day of to confirm they were still coming. Other than that, everything went very well and we were happy with the results.

Superior fence and rail had the most competent person visit my house to give me a quote. I chose them and when it was time to have the fence installed, it was done by a fellow named Tyson. He was great. He explained everything to me, walked me through the process even let me watch. I was able to make adjustments as he installed it to my taste. To complete my front fencing, all I needed was a gate on each side.He even helped someone take away my old fence, which was at the curb. I would recommend superior fence.

We met with 4 fence companies before we decided on superior. They were not the cheapest but were in line with the others. We felt comfortable with Debbie from the first visit. It did take a lot longer than we expected to get the permit and that was frustrating but not superiors fault. The installers, Ramon and Jorgie did such a great job. They were very professional and courteous. We are happy with the fence and highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail!
