I had my nails done for the first time ever last week and they were not done well. I had acrylics and/or overlay done - I'm not even sure to be honest. I asked for them to be rounded but they ended up being pointy. As you can see they're also lopsided. My pinkies also pointed out weird. I got home and clipped them. My mom said they're the worst nails she's ever seen and then my husband thought they looked bad. I ended up going somewhere else a week later to get them soaked off and redone and this new place I went to did such a better job.

This review pertains specifically to Emily Wright, an individual who represents this business. We hired Taylor and Emily to do the hair and makeup for the bridesmaids in our wedding, and the experience overall was lacking. They arrived 30 minutes late and were unable to service everyone we had intended due to poor planning and time management. No invoices were issued for the services, nor were payment instructions given to all the bridesmaids. This led to delayed payment by two bridesmaids, although we were communicating with Taylor during the time to figure out who hadn’t paid, how much was due, and how to give payment. While we were still waiting for this information to be able to complete payment, we received an aggressive message from Emily claiming that we were stealing from her and that she would take legal action if needed (over a grand total of a $150 balance). Her conduct was beyond unprofessional, considering we were already communicating with Taylor to sort this out and this was the first message we received from her. It was clear from this interaction that her communication skills were lacking, particularly regarding the details of payment which led to confusion among our party. The service provided by Emily and her partner was subpar, with several of the bridesmaids styles not even lasting through the ceremony. While this review focuses on Emily rather than the business as a whole, it serves as a caution for those considering her services. We were very dissatisfied with the experience, particularly due to the poor communication and rudeness displayed by Emily. It is worth noting that Taylor was never rude to us via text or in person, but the same cannot be said for Emily. If you are considering using Emily for an event, do yourself a favor and don’t.

Was a bridesmaid in a wedding with two stylists on hair/makeup. Day of was a disaster - many people were unable to get their hair done due to lack of time management. A lot of chit chat amongst the stylist rather than focusing on the job they agreed to do. This added a large amount of stress/scramble to those left having to do their hair themselves last minute. They left the house a mess and didn't tell everyone how to pay. A week later one stylist sent a rude text to the bride while on her honeymoon regarding unpaid service (the bride's mother was already in communication with the other stylist trying to figure out who owed what) Threatened legal action over $150, which seemed a bit dramatic given that the lack of payment was solely due with waiting to hear how to pay. Would not recommend as a wedding hairstylist unless you're a sucker for chaos and want more stress on your wedding day :) Oh also - the curls they did had mostly fallen out by the end of the ceremony.

It's definitely the best salon in Lake County. They offer everything you need. Nails, hair, lashes, and the best skin care.... Everyone is super friendly, with great prices, and a beautiful atmosphere. What you ask for, you're going to get. An actual salon with amazing women who will care for you during your visit
