We, my god-daughter, and I went on this evening, with hopes of having the exact designs we picked out online, and was guaranteed, we'd receive the exact designs. Unfortunately, My new nail set was superb, however, my daughter's, was far from being good. No design, no hand massage, even the coloring was unable to be acknowledged. I get it, we get older and impatient, however, if your not into what you're client is requesting, then please don't charge for it. And for goodness sake, please don't do a job your not into doing after 5. It definitely shows in your works.

I have been going to this salon every since Tony and Kim opened. They do an excellent job on my nails!! The only place I will ever go to. Always so friendly and professional.

I have been going here for about a year and really like it. They are very nice, skilled, have lots of fragrances to pick from and I love the 30 min leg massage with pedI. Helen is my favorite however they are all very good.

I attended this salon on a Tuesday afternoon. I received the service of pedicure ($30) and a full gel set ($45). The pedicure was going fairly well... 5 minutes in, she asked if I wanted a classic or an enhanced pedicure. I choose a classic/regular and to not use a razor or anything on my feet but, as soon I declined and went with the regular $30 service, she scrubbed each foot for a solid 2 minutes and concluded the entire pedicure in 15 minutes. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage lasted longer. I asked for a different nail technician to complete my nails, because I'm big on customer service. Any service selected by a customer should be good enough to provide quality service. Otherwise, it shouldn't be offered. Additionally, they don't use the sanitary bags for the pedicure; so I was a bit hesitant. The nail service was much better, but still just ok. Unless I am in dire need of getting my nails done (definitely not pedicure), I will choose a salon that's not in leesburg. I think I've tried a solid 6 now.

Pedicure was alright until I was insulted. Idk why I keep letting these places do nails. They need to learn if someone rejects a service leave it at that. Insulting me isn't going to make me get it.

My nails were so clumpy because she used gels and the design was awful! I hated this experience because she barely talked and the design she did I picked out because it was an easy and simple design but she can't do a free hand simple line. The lines didn't connect and the nails were crooked and didn't even last a week

Lourdes does great and passionate work. It is clean and safe. My mom had her eyebrows microbladed here and they look great. We love getting pedicures done here!

Been coming here for 6 -8 months since it's close to where I live. Have had to wait more times then I can count. As I am here now.... been waiting 45 minuets All I get " I sorry" This will be my last visit.

This place does really good nails! I came in as a walk in, and got in in about 45 minutes. They all were very kind, and it only took about 30 minutes to get a gel acrylic fill. The only downside is they cant do many designs. But they are very good at what they do!!

I am visiting leesburg and needed for a previous powder manicure to be taken off and wanted a normal manicure. The tried to push me on shellac, when I stated multiple times that that is not what I wanted this time. Overall, the manicure was good and standard. However, the paint job is the worst I have ever received (I could do better). There was red nail polish all around my nail bed. I asked the technician to fix and she still couldn't do it. Also I smudged my nail as I was leaving and she just shrugged because she had another customer. The shellac manicure may be very good, but I do not recommend coming here for a standard manicure.
