We, my god-daughter, and I went on this evening, with hopes of having the exact designs we picked out online, and was guaranteed, we'd receive the exact designs. Unfortunately, My new nail set was superb, however, my daughter's, was far from being good. No design, no hand massage, even the coloring was unable to be acknowledged. I get it, we get older and impatient, however, if your not into what you're client is requesting, then please don't charge for it. And for goodness sake, please don't do a job your not into doing after 5. It definitely shows in your works.

I have been going here for about a year and really like it. They are very nice, skilled, have lots of fragrances to pick from and I love the 30 min leg massage with pedI. Helen is my favorite however they are all very good.

I attended this salon on a Tuesday afternoon. I received the service of pedicure ($30) and a full gel set ($45). The pedicure was going fairly well... 5 minutes in, she asked if I wanted a classic or an enhanced pedicure. I choose a classic/regular and to not use a razor or anything on my feet but, as soon I declined and went with the regular $30 service, she scrubbed each foot for a solid 2 minutes and concluded the entire pedicure in 15 minutes. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage lasted longer. I asked for a different nail technician to complete my nails, because I'm big on customer service. Any service selected by a customer should be good enough to provide quality service. Otherwise, it shouldn't be offered. Additionally, they don't use the sanitary bags for the pedicure; so I was a bit hesitant. The nail service was much better, but still just ok. Unless I am in dire need of getting my nails done (definitely not pedicure), I will choose a salon that's not in leesburg. I think I've tried a solid 6 now.
