I attended this salon on a Tuesday afternoon. I received the service of pedicure ($30) and a full gel set ($45). The pedicure was going fairly well... 5 minutes in, she asked if I wanted a classic or an enhanced pedicure. I choose a classic/regular and to not use a razor or anything on my feet but, as soon I declined and went with the regular $30 service, she scrubbed each foot for a solid 2 minutes and concluded the entire pedicure in 15 minutes. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage lasted longer. I asked for a different nail technician to complete my nails, because I'm big on customer service. I really liked Elegant my first 2 trips so I decided to take my Granddaughter in for a full set! Within 3 days, all but 3 nails had fallen off. I took her in for a redo and they were very rude.. She felt very uncomfortable. When they finished the very quick redo, the nails looked terrible and one was even noticeably crooked... I will not go back and do not recommend to anyone.

They charged me an extra $5 to take off existing gel nail polish! This wouldn’t be such a problem if they would’ve told me about the charge ahead of time or even posted it anywhere on their price list. Bad way to do business. Won’t be going there again.
