Crystal is very knowledgeable and is really good at her job. She is tough but I needed that. She was excellent at helping me.
The care I received from members of the J and J care team was excellent. I was fortunate to be assigned Crystal as my at-home PTA. She was very professional, always notifying me when she was on her way AND with 15 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, a superb therapist. I was also fortunate to have been assigned Patty as the visiting nurse and Luther, PT supervisor. I could not have received better post-surgery care.
