Do not use! Heron refuses to cancel my service and stop charging my card even though i moved to new home 8 months ago!
I submitted multiple Cancellation requests to phone support and via their customer service text message line. Each time Heron agrees to cancel service. And yet, Heron keeps charge my card for reoccurring lawn/shrub treatments. At the time of most recent service cancellation request I made, customer support stated that they charged my card over $800 to date for services performed after i first requested cancellation due to moving to new address.
If Heron reviews these posts, i would like a manager to reach out to me to resolve this issue.

Definitely do not recommend Heron, we have been paying for the platinum package which covers lawn damage. Due to their non care and incompetence (since they ride around a motorized vehicle without the technician actually getting off to check for fungus/bugs) we had chinch bugs which killed quite a bit of our lawn, cost to treat and replace is $1,900, management does not return calls nor do they don’t honor their plans. I requested compensation for the lawn and they keep avoiding my calls. I highly recommend that you DON’T hire them unless you want useless technicians taking care of your lawn as well as a company that is run by management that does not care about their clients but instead rip them off.

The worst!
I got charged $98 for a service I did not received. Mr Rivera claimed he was at my property yesterday, 9/11 but my two Ring cameras said otherwise. I requested customer service to cancel the entire lawn care subscription & to refund the amount, I have not received any emails to confirm as of yet.

Daryn sprays my lawn at 250 CR 416s Lake Panasoffkee and has for a long time. The company slipped another employee on my yard for a couple of months and when the new person started my lawn went done hill in a New York minute. If Dryn does not continue spraying my lawn I am canceling my service. July was given to me free to see if I would stay and I will as long as Daryn is the one who comes. He has scheduled a Follow up to insure proper treatment was done.

Heron charged me $261 for an ant infestation, then when the ants returned in about 6 weeks, Heron refused to come back and re-treat the house. They won't even answer my calls. Terrible company. Do not hire them!!

Doring a storm I left my shutters down to long and got wasps underneath and all around my house It was bad to the point one wasp looked at me like he was telling me he wasn't going anywhere I called my tech Zack came out and thank god for him because I wasn't even able to leave the house without getting attacked now when I call or when my next appointment is due I ask for Zack he just got rid of fleas also in one visit. Highly recommend Zack.

Called this company on a Friday afternoon only to get a answering machine. They promptly called me back first thing on Monday . Said they would be at my house shortly ( in Inverness going to Hernando). Three and a half hours later still a no show. Is this what American companies have become. No customer service and the disrespect of customers who pay their salaries.

Zach is a fantastic technicion with Heron. Always professional and willing to answer any questions I have. Spent additional time with me today explaining things! Very patient and polite. YOu are fortunate to have him as your employee. Zach deserves a raise!!
