You can tell the staff deals with many difficult people daily, as they are tired and running low on patience. Although, they always treat me with respect and are always professional.
The VA has only gotten better since I have been visiting.
The two young women at the front reception area went above and beyond today to help get me taken care of. I was supposed to get vitals done to have my prescription renewed…my renewal date was March 1st and as of writing this it is March 17th. I’m definitely a bit scatterbrained without my medication. Anyhow, a nurse from my regional office told me I could waltz on in to any VA near me and get my vitals taken as it’s all the same system. That was completely incorrect, and at any other VA I may have been turned away and most likely put this off for another 2-3 weeks before finally getting it done.
