You know how life gets; we just don’t make time for ourselves. But let me tell you; if you’re looking for an amazing experience, Alexis is the one to call! She’s so kind, professional, and creates such a natural, relaxing atmosphere. What I love most is that she makes her own products, many of which are based on castor oil and honey; simple, healing ingredients that really make a difference. I don’t buy expensive skincare products, but I can already see how beneficial her blends are. I absolutely loved my facial and will definitely be going back for regular visits (and to stock up on her products!). “The gym is equipped with a variety of cable machines, free weights, benches, and machines, all of which are modern and well-maintained. The cardio section offers plenty of options, including bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and ergs.The staff are professional and welcoming. They're always available for assistance. One-on-one training costs extra. Parking is never an issue, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.I wish the gym would extend its hours, especially on weekends. During peak hours, the free weight area can get a bit crowded, but overall, BellaVita Spa and Fitness is a top-notch gym that I highly recommend.Another area for improvement is a more accommodating policy regarding guests of members. Also why no towels provided for shower/sauna/pool areas?“
