After reading reviews from several local roofing companies, it was quite shocking that some of the most heavily advertised businesses were indeed some of the worst. I read several dozen reviews of Quality First Roofing and everyone rated 5 stars and extremely happy. They certainly lived up to their reputation . I have never seen a crew work as hard and efficiently as the ones that did our roof. We had significant issues with rot from the previous owners ill advised "shingle over". Dennis Wells was our Company Rep and he was excellent at explaining how they number the sheets of plywood and take pictures of where the new pieces were put in. If you want peace... read full review

Needed a new roof. called and got several quotes. decided on Quality First Roofing. Was the right decision. Dennis Wells, Sales Mgr, arrived, provided a PRINTED quote, and left. we interviewed others, and settled on Quality First. The Job went exactly as Dennis promised.. exactly. Crew arrived and made it happen, finishing 1/2 day ahead of schedule. they cleaned up extremely well, and as i watched the work, made sure new decking and some rotted supporting wood was replaced properly. Like many in Citrus county I've had my share of dealings with nightmare contractors. Dennis and crew were a refreshing change ! i recommend Quality First Roofing!!!

When they say “Quality First,” they really mean it! Shane Schillings, the owner, came out personally to give me and my family a quote for a roof repair today. He was incredibly informative and took the time to explain every detail of the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His quote was more than fair, and I felt confident we were in good hands. I can’t recommend Quality First Roofing enough—great service, honest pricing, and true professionalism from start to finish.
