THE WORST. Nobody that works here knows how to answer the phone or an email. Miguel is absolutely terrible. Ignored multiple attempts at trying to extend my lease & after I told him I would pay my rent the second I was sure they could extend my lease, he never responded. Instead, they added multiple late fees, legal fees, etc. How am I supposed to know anything without any form of communication? I can not emphasize enough that if you live here & have any questions, or need help with anything at all YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED OR EVEN ANSWERED. On top of how it is ran, it is a scary place to live. Constant police presence, gunshots, gangs, yelling/ fighting, drugs, etc. This apartment only has people living here because of the affordable prices, that aren't even that affordable in comparison to other areas around lol. There are so many other places to live around here & this is definitely not one that I would recommend looking twice at. The inside of the apartments look nice, but that's the only good thing about them. They're extremely infested with roaches & other insects that I can't even put a name to. Be prepared for your car to get roaches as well, even if it's kept 100% clean! Stairwells smell like piss, elevators never work but even when they do they also smell like piss/ s*** & other disgusting smells. You'll probably get stuck on one of the elevators at least once. I can also almost promise that you will step in pee at some point :) If you don't step on a needle first!

If i could give this place 0 sI don't even know where to begin. There's always so much noise outside from the garage they have on each building that has the dumpsters in it. There are little roaches that will never go away because they have a huge hole in the wall behind the ac unit. I have called the office several times about the people who live above me because they are always dragging tables and chairs across they floor EVERYDAY ALL DAY AND NIGHT! And nothing has changed they told me they have security but he's not there most of the time. When I called initially I was told security is home sleeping. There's dog s*** everywhere the apartment complex clearly doesn't care if u let your dog s*** and not pick it up no matter if it's in the staircase or outside. The other day someone was arrested outside of my apartment for fentanyl and heroin! Someone threw up on the fuckin wall next to my door and i know they aren't going to clean it up. And we part paying a little over 1300 a month!! For this s*** hole! Definitely won't be renewing lease here it's horrific UPDATE! I called the office again and made complaints about the folks above me constantly moving tables and what not. A guy answered the phone he said he would let the higher manager know and I've still been having the same issue. So what I've started doing is writing down each time I hear something while I'm home. And you would be shocked how much I've recorded over this weekend alone it's horrible! Definitely won't be renewing this lease. My car was broken into no one cares. They are trying to give us a notice and we paid the rent this place is horrible it shouldn't have this type of management
