The staff, including Stacey, Nurse Kim, and the receptionist Paule, were all kind and professional. Stacey was especially responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, and I really appreciated how quickly she got back to me. She has a comforting warmth about her like you've known each other for years.
Having Kim as my nurse in the recovery room after anesthesia was the best. She was able to make me laugh and also assured me over and over that I was going to love my results. That support made such a difference during a vulnerable time.

I can't emphasize enough how excellent Take Shape truly is. I felt cared for throughout my entire experience from the moment I scheduled my consult all the way through weeks after my surgery. You can really tell that Dr. Sassani actually cares about his patients and their after care/results. My surgery day was truly such a good experience. Nurse Kim made me feel comforted and at easy every step of the way. She really went above and beyond to talk me through everything and make sure I felt calm and positive going into surgery and coming out of it. Dr Sassani, Stacey and Kim were absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable and guided me so well to prepare for the surgery 😀 They took great care of my well being after the surgery as well, checking up and sending emails to see how I was doing! The communication was always great! Stacey is on top of her emails and I got responses from her so quickly every time! Thank you so much to entire team and I 10000% recommend this practice!
