Excellent service!! The team is super attentive and helpful. They make you feel like family. The machines and bathrooms are kept clean. Despite being located in a rough area and the clientele not being the most cultured or well-mannered, the guy at the front desk who is always there in the mornings is very polite and does his job to the best of his ability.

Eimy was a great help. Great costumer service, Lauderhill became my favorite gym ever since she came into the team, I'm more excited to come workout and interact with this beautiful young lady every single day!! 5? for sure!!

Planet Fitness Lauderhill is a great gym with excellent staff. Randy was my initial contact when I first joined, and he has always been very professional and helpful. Management does their best to keep members happy and the equipment running at peak performance. The gym is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this Planet Fitness location to anyone in the Lauderhill area.
