Negative experience: 2 weeks ago I lost power in two of my bedrooms. A technician came to when my son was here and left after 15 minutes of unsupervised "work" telling him everything was fixed. At my return I found exactly the problem. After calling daily for one week, the manager called back apologizing and came to re-diagnose the issue. He looked only at half of the sockets as potential cause without a final diagnosis. He gave me a only tentative diagnosis of a "possible wire in the soffit" short circuiting. He never saw any wire and told my insurance company the wires were 30 years old. For this reason my insurance declined covering the rewiring project.
