From the first phone call to MG Electric, they exemplified a high level of professionalism and knowledge. Maurice came out to my residence, quickly diagnosed my problem accurately and was transparent in my options to repair. The repair process would involve a city permit, and Maurice took care of everything and updated me along the way. Communication was outstanding, as was his level of care. The repair was completed exactly when and as promised, and on top of being pleased with the work it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Maurice. Great person.
