Absolutely love the atmosphere of this place. The owner is passionate and every person that walks in is welcomed. The energy just encourages you to keep coming back. All ages have walked into this place and I must say I have truly gained more confidence I even dropped my gym membership and replaced it with dance because workouts should be fun!
